On July 1, 2016, USHIO OPTO SEMICONDUCTORS, INC. merged the LED business of USHIO EPITEX INC. By consolidating the semiconductor laser business, we will be able to increase the business efficiency and respond to an increasingly diverse business environment swiftly and effectively to accelerate the growth of the OPTO Semiconductor business.
